One more reason to have a website

Class reunions.
My 20th class reunion is coming up, unfortunately my classmates could not find me. Most of them are at the age where computers were just coming out in high schools, and the internet came out almost 8 years after we graduated.

Someone from my graduating class recently wrote me and said "If I would have known what you did for a living 6 months ago, we could have had a sweet website."

I don't imagine that any of them would have thought that this was the type of work I'd end up doing. I wouldn't have imagined it for sure.

The point is, it's easy to find me, all you have to do is type in Marc Coppins into a search engine, and I should pop up in the top 5 searches on just about any search engine, but because most or possibly none of them are very "techy" like myself, they didn't know. That's not their fault, and I don't hold it against them. If you don't know, then the internet can be a very scary place. If you are an internet savy person, the internet can be your greatest tool. I just searched for Marc Coppins in Google, Yahoo, MSN, and ASK.com and I was one of the first two results in all four search engines.

On a side note, I just got done with a really big website (it doesn't appear to be that large, but there is a lot more pages to it than meets the eye.)
Check out TeachMeJesus.com it's a great site, and I'm not just saying that because I made it!

The business side of me is never "turned off".

If I think about something long enough, I can see where I can incorporate my business into just about anything.

This can be a "curse" too though :-)
