Regarding that post yesterday...

The post that I put up yesterday, I'm just as guilty of all of those things as anyone else, but as I was typing that post, I thought, "I need to keep this stuff in mind for myself when I talk to a potential customer" so that post yesterday was just as much for myself as it was for the readers of it.
